T818’s construction has been crafted to maximize the potential of Direct Drive technology. The custom-designed motor delivers 10 N·m of constant torque, with no saturation. Combined with the consistent weight of the shaft and of the ecosystem of wheel rims, it delivers clean, powerful, super-responsive Force Feedback, letting you feel the sensations of real race driving.

Black Edition is a new version of T818, improved with reinforced connectors and an optimized motor assembly for enhanced reliability and durability. With the My Thrustmaster Panel software on PC, you can customize your experience: adjust the Force Feedback with 10 settings, add effects to suit your style, configure the behavior of the LEDs, and save your profiles.
DYNAMIC RGB LEDs
T818’s front face features a hexagon of RGB LEDs. Set your lighting mood by adjusting the colors and intensity. The LEDs interact with telemetry data sent by the game (RPM, Flag, Pit), providing additional visual feedback. The list of compatible games is continuously updated on the Thrustmaster support website.
AERONAUTICAL-GRADE QUICK RELEASE
As simple as it is sturdy, the Quick Release crafted of a composite material used in aeronautics lets you change wheel rims in just 5 seconds, while ensuring maximum rigidity. Whether you’re more into GT or rally racing, all wheel rims in the Thrustmaster ecosystem are compatible*.
*1 Quick Release Adapter is included for older generation wheel rims
COMPATIBLE WITH COCKPIT AND DESK
4 mounting points under T818 allow it to be attached to most cockpits. Some cockpits may require Cockpit Mounting Kit* in order to be adapted to T818 without drilling. On a desk, Desk Mounting Kit* allows T818 to be attached using its two sturdy clamps.
